Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your Main Character account and personal data associated with it.
How to request deletion
Send a request through the support form below. Use the email address on your Main Character account if you can, and include your username or sign-in email so we can verify the account.
If you cannot access your account, say that in the request. We may ask for extra verification before deleting account data.
We try to respond within 30 days. Verification, legal requirements, or complex requests may take longer.
What deletion includes
When we complete the request, we delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account unless we need to keep limited records for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute, or backup reasons.
If Google Health is connected, we also revoke or remove local health credentials where possible and delete imported Google Health observations, summaries, pending sync jobs, proof rules, and completion evidence tied to that connection.
Before you request deletion
Deletion is intended to be permanent. Public content, cached copies, backup copies, third-party records, and records required by law may take additional time to disappear or may remain outside Main Character's control.
